Klopp who had not won any trophy in England since joining Liverpool in 2015 might have been able to assemble the best team for the EPL title this season with no weakness in his team. Virgil Van Dijk has been rated by football fans as one of the best defenders in the league, Alisson is the keeper with the highest number of clean sheets in the league and the sensational Salah getting the job done in the attack.

Liverpool is no doubt the favorite in the title race this season and going 6 points clear after Christmas is a solid morale boost for Klopp’s men. The race is still much open but the other contender which is Manchester City seem to be out of tune in recent times after they lost 3 matches in 4 EPL games.

Although the record to beat is 49 unbeaten run set by Arsenal in the 2003/2004 season, Liverpool’s run in the EPL this season is one of the best in the league with 16 wins, 3 draws and 12 clean sheets.

Liverpool’s progress in all competition has been astonishing since the German took over in 2015, the team finished 4th in the EPL last season and made it to the UEFA Champions League final.

The Reds lost the UCL final to Real Madrid in a game that most football fans believed it was because of the injury of their star player, Salah and goalkeeper errors which is why Klopp brought in Alisson at the beginning of this season.
