Jesus Scored Twice as Manchester City thrash Wolves

LIVESCORE: Manchester City vs Burton Albion

Gabriel Jesus was on target twice against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the English Premier League week 22 fixture at the Etihad Stadium.

Jesus scored the opener in the 10th minute, 9 minutes after the first goal Willy Boly of Wolves picked up a red card which made the game more difficult for the visiting team. To make it worse City was awarded a penalty in the 39th minute. Jesus stepped up and scored his second goal. The game ended 2 goals to nothing in favour of the home team.

The second half started slowly for both teams, Conor Coady scored an own goal in the 78th minute to further sink his team.

It was a bad day for Wolves at the Etihad Stadium who are currently 11th on the EPL log.

City, on the other hand, are now 4 points behind EPL log leader, Liverpool.

Gabriel Jesus has now scored 7 goals in his last 3 matches in all competition for Manchester City.
