Onnoghen’s CCT hearing adjourned till February 13th

150 SANs to defend Chief Justice of Nigeria Walter Onnoghen at CCT

The hearing of the case against suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, has been adjourned till February 13th.

The tribunal insists Justice Walter Onnoghen must be present to take his plea before any preliminary objection to the competence or jurisdiction of the trial can be raised.

Onnoghen who was suspended by President Buhari on January 25th is being tried for the non-declaration of all his assets since he assumed office in March 2017.
