#Elections2019: Underaged voters reportedly spotted in Nasarawa state (Photos)
One of the menaces that have plagued the elections in Nigeria for years is the issue of underage voters participating in the process.
There have been several cases where underage voters are seen casting their vote despite the fact that it is unlawful according to the Nigerian Electoral Law. In Nigeria, only people that are 18 years old and above are permitted to participate in electioneering but it is unfortunate that kids that are not of the standard age are allowed to participate.
According to the civil society group, Situation Room, these set of underaged voters were spotted in Nasarawa state this morning. The photos were shared on their verified Twitter handle.
