CCT sacks Onnoghen as CJN, Nigerians react

Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen absent as his corruption Trial begins

Mixed reactions have trailed the sack of Walter Onnoghen as the Chief Justice of Nigeria, by the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

Onnoghen was not only sacked as the CJN, but he was also suspended from holding any public office for 10 years.

@realFFK – The convction of CJN Onnoghen by the CCT is not surprising. It is part of a wider plan, an unfolding script and a hidden agenda. Nigerians should brace themselves for more. They say a people get the type of govt. that they deserve. I weep not for Onnoghen, I weep for Nigeria.
