CHURCH FOLKS criticise me a lot for marrying a Pastor – Meagan Good

Hollywood actress, Meagan Good has revealed that the worst criticism and judgment she receives do come from Church members.

The actress who is married to minister/movie producer Devon Franklin was born and raised in a Christian home. However, Meagan Good revealed that since she got married to the minister, the criticism intensified.

“I do. Not all the time though, because if I’m being completely honest, my experience with some church folks has not been that positive. It’s unfortunate because we’re supposed to be the biggest lovers.”

She added:

“And it’s like even if you disagree with someone or you don’t think what they’re doing is right, you’re supposed to mind your own business and pray for that person. Other times, you’re supposed to correct in love if that’s what God told you to do. And there was no correction in love. It was like a complete assault.”

Meagan started her career as a child actor and has appeared in numerous television shows, films, and music videos as both a child and an adult. She was born on August 8, 1981, in Panorama City, Los Angeles, California. Her mother, and was managed by her mother Tyra Wardlow-Doyle into her teens.
