UCL: Liverpool are the Champions of Europe

English Premier League side, Liverpool have defeated Tottenham in the final of the 2018/2019 UEFA Champions League to become the champion of Europe for the 6th time.

Salah converted from the spot in the second minute to put Liverpool ahead in the match after Sissoko conceded a controversial penalty in the first minute of the game. The match ended 1 goal to nothing in the first 45 minutes.

Tottenham tried all they could to level the match in the second half but were unable to do so till Origi doubled the lead for Liverpool in the 87th minute.

Liverpool have now won their 6th UCL trophy and Jurgen Klopp has also won his first European title in his managerial career.
