#BBNaija 2019: Nelson emerges Winner of the First Head of House Challenge

Big Brother Naija housemate, Allison Nelson has emerged the winner of the Head of House challenge defeating fellow housemate, Ike in the final round of the challenge.

The housemates were tasked to use a peg to get buttons out of a bucket that contains water and oil, the top 4 housemates in the challenge qualifies for the next round, the housemates are: Khafi, Mercy, Ike and Nelson.

In the next round, the housemates are to use the peg to pick biscuits from a plate and arrange it into another plate using the biscuits to form a tower. There was a tie between Ike, Mercy and Nelson in the first trial while Khafi had the least number of biscuits in her tower.

There was a tie-breaker and Mercy, Nelson and Ike were to go again, this time Mercy had the least number of biscuits in her tower while Ike and Nelson tied, Ike and Nelson were to go again while Mercy was removed from the challenge.

After the final round, Nelson had the highest number of biscuits in his tower and was declared the HOH, The Head of House comes with Immunity, HOH room and 250 ‘Bet9ja’ coins.

Recall that Jeff was the previous HOH winner, he was voted as HOH by the housemates and he was given 500 ‘Bet9ja’ coins.
