Kelechi Iheanacho finally ends 1 year goal drought, scores superb goal for his Club (Video)

Kelechi Iheanacho made his first appearance in a competitive match for Leicester City in the 2019-20 season in the EFL Cup.

The Nigerian international justified his selection by Brendan Rodgers as he registered his name on the score sheet in the club’s comprehensive 4-0 win over Luton Town.

Demarai Gray began the onslaught in the 34th minute as Spanish striker Ayoze Perez provided the assist for the Englishman.

Ten minutes later Youri Tielemans was on hand to help James Justin score the Foxes second to make it 2-0.

Tielemans then turned goalscorer in the 79th minute courtesy of Gary’s assist as the game was put beyond the reach of Luton, 3-0 it was.

Four minutes from time, Iheanacho who came in as a second-half substitute for Perez scored a delightful chip as the game ended 4-0.
