Actress Stacey Dash accused of self-hate after she identified as “White” on her arrest form
Stacey Dash has been accused of self-hate after her arrest form emerged and revealed that she identified as White.
The Hollywood actress, who most believe to be part Black part Mexican, was arrested and charged with domestic battery on Sunday night after an alleged altercation with her husband Jeffrey Marty.
In a statement released on Monday, Stacey Dash called the incident a “marital dispute”. She also described it as “personal and unfortunate.”
But her arrest form surfaced hours ago and Twitter users began dragging her for identifying as white.
Some were more understanding and said she probably did it because white women get lighter sentences and she was hoping to get off easy.
But a number of black people accused her of self-hate and being a sellout.
