Liverpool star Mo Salah surprises daughter as she turns 5 (Photos)
Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah may well be on his way to becoming the football dad of the year after he went out of his way to make his daughter’s birthday worth-while.
Last season’s Premier League top scorer is also known to have a very lucrative Instagram and on Wednesday, October 17, he decided to let his fans in on how he celebrated his daughter’s fifth birthday.
A photo accessed by us shows Salah hilariously dressed as a Disney character in what looks like a sweet attempt to appease his little girl.
On the day, the lethal forward was dressed in a bold leaf skirt to portray the character Maui from the Disney hit movey Moana.
He shared photos of the cheeky outfit alongside his daughter on his Instagram as he fully embraced the character through his caption.
“I, Maui, bring to you Moana! Happy birthday my princess. Amazing father,” he wrote.
The skirt was not the only eye-catching element of the outfit as Salah also dawned a green Hawaiian flower neck garland.
The cake and balloons in the background was also a clear sign the birthday was definitely one to remember for Salah’s daughter.
Fans reacted warmly to the strong father gesture from Salah, with majority saying it was the “sweetest thing they’ve ever seen”.
