#CoronavirusInNigeria: Burial Ceremony stopped by Law Enforcement Agents in Anambra state (Video)
Law enforcement agents in Anambra state prevented a burial ceremony from taking place, due to the recent outbreak of coronavirus in the country.
Nigerians have been advised to shun large gatherings and practice social distancing in an effort to curb the spread of the disease. Hence it was pertinent such ceremonies (e.g burials) which tend to draw large crowds be halted in order to adhere to the directive.
In the video making the rounds on social media, the enforcement agent can be seen announcing that anyone who is not an immediate relative to the deceased should leave the premises.
