Recently, Nollywood actor Saidi Balogun made an announcement on his social media page concerning the burial of his late mother.

While the final burial and the celebration of his late mother’s life was slated for Friday, March 27, 2020, the popular movie star said that the date has been postponed.

According to him, the postponement was in compliance with the directive regarding the coronavirus pandemic.

The filmmaker noted that a new date would be communicated soon. In a video he shared on his Instagram page, the actor urged people to stay at home and be safe.

Noting that the deadly infection is real, the actor urged people to maintain hygiene practices.

He stated that health is wealth and that people should adhere to all safety rules.
