“Be careful out there, fam” – Davido cries out over rampant kidnapping in Lekki, Lagos

Nigerian music star, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, has raised awareness over the high rate of kidnapping in the Lekki area of Lagos State.

In a post he shared on his Instagram story, Davido revealed that kidnappers are on the prowl in Lekki and several persons have allegedly been abducted.

The singer warned his fans residing in that axis to be very careful with their movements. He accompanied his warning with a heartbroken emoji.

The post reads,

“Breaking: Kidnappers on the prowl on Admiralty way, Lekki, Lagos State. Reports indicate several persons abducted at about 8 pm yesterday night by gunmen. There have been growing cases of abduction along Ozumba Mbadiwe, Falom and Admiralty way in recent time.”

Meanwhile, Davido recently banned members of his entourage from boarding his private jet with him.

The singer who has for a very long time, always been taken them along with him, splurging cash on expensive things for them, appears to have placed a restriction on the number of people who can now gain access to his private jet.

In a video he shared on Instagram, the artiste jokingly revealed that henceforth his 30 BG and DMW squad would only accommodate a maximum of five people.
