Nigerian man marries his lover, seven years after he begged her to accept his friend request on Facebook
A Nigerian couple, Abdulmumin Suleiman and Hauwa Suleiman Bello have tied the knot, seven years after they met on Facebook.
The Groom, Abdulmumin, took to his page to reveal how he met his new bride, Hauwa, and it was quite an interesting story.
According to Abdulmumin, he sent her a friend request but she did not immediately accept it. On February 22, 2014, he sent her a message asking why she is yet to do so.
“Shey you don’t want to accept my friend request ne. Did I offend u ne?”
Hauwa simply replied with a “Nope.”
Well, Seven years later, the rest is history and they are now happily married.
