Everton announces Carlo Ancelotti as New Manager

Spanish giant, Real Madrid are reportedly planning to re-appoint Italian gaffer, Carlo Ancelotti as the new manager of the club following the exit of Zinedine Zidane.

Carlo Ancelotti who previously managed Los Blancos before he was replaced by Zidane is set to be on Real Madrid radar for the vacant position.

Madrid coaching role became vacant after the exit of french manager, Zinedine Zidane. Zidane departed the club after he was unable to win a trophy last season, losing the La Liga title to rival, Atletico Madrid on the final day of the season and getting knocked out of the 2020/2021 UEFA Champions League in the semi-final by winner, Chelsea.

Ancelotti is currently the manager of Premier League side, Everton.

During his previous spell in Madrid, Ancelotti won all major trophies including Copa del Rey UEFA Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup but was unable to clinch the La Liga title before his departure.
