#BBNaija 2021: Queen, Cross, Angel, Jaypaul & Peace win Bet9ja Football Challenge; to get N1 million
The Big Brother Naija season 6: Shine Ya Eye housemates have a challenge in the house today which involved them participating in teams. The challenge was sponsored by Bet9ja.
The challenge is in 2 phases, the Modeling and Football session. The housemates’ teams are,
Team Live Better: Liquorose, Jackie B, Michael, Boma and Nini
Team Play Better: Queen, Cross, Angel, Jaypaul & Peace
Team Dream Better: Saskay, Saga, Yousef, Sammie & Tega
Team Responsible Gaming: Pere, Emmanuel, Maria, JMK, White Money
The modelling phase requires the housemates to create an art story with artwork given to them, they are to model and narrate the story behind their outfit. The story must be about their team name.
For the football competition (5 a side), Team Dream Better played against Team Team Responsible gaming while Team Play Better played against Team Live Better. Team Dream Better defeated Team Responsible Gaming 5 goals to 2 while Team Play Better defeated Team Live Better 3 goals to 2.
Team Play Better defeated Team Dream Better 4 goals to 3 in the final match, making them the winner of the football phase.
Team Play Better was rewarded with N1 million for winning the football competition.
Cross won the most valuable player and the best defender, Yousef won the best striker, Queen won the best midfielder while White Money won the fair play award. They were rewarded N100,000 each for every category won. Cross won N200,000 for winning in 2 categories.
