Man arrested for brutally beating wife in Delta
A Nigerian man has been arrested by the Police in Delta state after he was accused of brutally beating his wife.
According to activist Harrison who initiated the arrest of the man, the culprit is fond of always descending on his wife after any slight provocation.
The matter was reported to the activist who then apprehended the man and handed him over to the police.
He wrote:

On receiving complaints of continued assault against Mrs Shikaan by her husband, we swiftly responded.
After due investigations, we facilitated the arrest of Mr Timothy Shikaan, a 34-year old man from Benue State residing at Temple Clinic Asaba, Delta State for assault.
Husbandman handed over to A Divisional Police Station, Asaba and currently in detention.
