TRANSFER NEWS: Ronaldo rejoins Manchester United from Juventus
Portuguese superstar forward, Cristiano Ronaldo is set to rejoin Manchester United from Juventus after both clubs reached an agreement for the 36 years old striker.
The news of Ronaldo move to Old Trafford was reported by Transfer News expert, Fabrizio Romano and according to him, an agreement has been reached by both clubs and all parties involved.
Ronaldo is set to return to Old Trafford after 12 years after his departure. Ronaldo had been linked by Man United archrival, Manchester City but the deal fell through today.
Manchester United will pay €15m and €8m in add-ons to Juventus. Juventus is expected to received €20m as some add-ons are ‘easy’.
Ronaldo’s first spell in Manchester was a record-breaking one. Not only that he won all the trophies available in England, but he also won major European competitions. He also won the Ballon d’Or while still playing for the English side before moving to Real Madrid in Spain.
