Big Brother Africa star, Uti Nwachukwu, has taken a swipe at people who use their ‘mental health’ as an excuse to avoid responsibility and accountability.

Uti in a Twitter post chided such people who hide under the guise of protecting their mental health, instead of taking positive actions.

He tweeted,

“A lot of youngins keep using their ‘mental health’ as a quick excuse to avoid accountability, responsibility, Discipline, empathy& commitment.

In other news, Uti Nwachukwu recently averred that “acute cheating” is not enough reason to leave a relationship.
According to him, the needless pressure of monogamy is destroying relationships as it is extremely hard for humans to be sexually committed to one human for the rest of their lives.

Speaking further, Uti stated that most monogamous relationships are pretentious, hypocritical, and sad.
