Leke Adeboye, son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, reacts following the launch of a dating app by the Church.

RCCG had announced the launch of their Christian online dating app where single brothers and sisters of the religious organization can connect.

In reaction to the development, Leke Adeboye took to his Instagram page to state categorically that the Church does not need a dating app.

In multiple edited posts, Leke shared photos of past relationships of church members who connected through traditional means, without an app.

“He left and then came back for what, he went to prepare a plade for. Seeds connecting with seeds. We don’t need a dating app! (We old fashion, we use prayer and hloy spirit to find each other.)” he wrote.
