Boko Haram kidnaps policemen in Borno

A yet to be ascertained number of mobile policemen at the police mobile training school in Limankara Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State have been kidnapped by Boko Haram terrorists.

The PUNCH reported that the abduction took place around 8:22 pm on Thursday the 13 of January.

The insurgents were said to have stormed the training school with gun trucks, shooting indiscriminately into the air before kidnapping the mobile Police instructors.

According to the publication, the training school is located twenty-five kilometres from Gwoza town. It is a border town between Borno and Madagali LGA of Adamawa State.
