Five UNIUYO students arrested over their landlord’s missing plantain

Five students of the University of Uyo have been apprehended after their land lord’s plantain went missing.

According to reports, the students were apprehended in the early hours of Tuesday, March 29 at the request of their landlord.

Although, in a recent development, Saviour Udoh, a businessman revealed that he has secured the bail of the students.

The businessman said:

“I’ve succeeded in securing BAIL as their SURETY for the five (5) students of the University of Uyo who were arrested earlier this morning by their landlord. I want to especially thank the Dean of students affairs, the University of Uyo for his swift response, the SUG president & vice for their support, presence and solicitations too.”
