Sensational Afrobeat singer, Wizkid has been nominated in nine different categories at the 2022 Headies Awards.
Fans of the Afrobeat singer are next to themselves with excitement after he was nominated in 9 categories.
There’s no doubting the singer’s music prowess with the name he has garnered for himself over the years.
Some fans have however speculated that the high number of nominations is nothing but an attempt to compensate him for losing the Grammy Awards which lots of fans believe was rightfully his.
The categories Big Wiz got nominated for include: Artiste of the Year, African Artiste of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Male, Best Collaboration, Best Recording, Best R&B Single, Best Afrobeats Album, and Album of the Year.
