Man melts hearts after rescuing 2-year-old girl abandoned by Mentally Challenged Mother in Enugu

A man identified by his Twitter handle as @Benking452 has melted the hearts of netizens following a kind and rare gesture exhibited towards a child.

According to him, he picked up the 2-year-old girl by the roadside in Agbani, Enugu State who was birthed by a mentally challenged woman.

He stated that he took her to the police station and was told to take her home, clean her up and bring her back the next day.

The lad who provided shelter for the little child promised to share more updates as regards the girl soon.

This rare act exhibited by the man undoubtedly got tweeps emotional.

Sharing the story, he wrote:

“I just picked an abandoned 2yr old baby by the roadside somewhere in Agbani, Enugu State. She was given birth to by a mad woman who normally stays at Eke Agbani.

Took her to the police station and the DPO said we should take her home and clean her up and bring her back tomorrow.

I will give update tomorrow.

This baby has suffered tremendously. She sat at that same spot while all the rain that fell yesterday battered her. The market women didn’t do nothing.

I will post videos tomorrow and other updates.

Please we need advice on the proper diet to feed her for now. I don’t know how to take care of babies.”
