Singer, Fireboy DML makes history as first Afrobeat artiste to perform on BET Awards Main Stage (Video)
Sensational Nigerian music singer, Fireboy DML is currently trending on the internet following a historical performance he made at the 2022 BET Awards in Los Angeles.
The YBNL singer performed two of his hit songs on the main stage at the ceremony and becomes the first-ever Afrobeats artiste to achieve the feat.
He is currently being celebrated on social media for being a part of Afrobeat music and doing his incredible part in taking Nigerian music to the international space.

A while back, a video which served rounds online captured the moment a lady couldn’t contain her emotions after meeting popular Nigerian singer, Adedamola Adefolahan better known as Fireboy DML.
The yet-to-be-identified lady ran into the ‘Peru’ hitmaker at the entrance of a hotel and almost lost her mind after seeing him.
Fortunately, the singer gave her audience and accepted to make a video with her. In video which went viral at the time, the die-hard fan is seen crying uncontrollably as she leaned into the singer while expressing her love for him.
She is heard saying, “I love you so much Fireboy”.
