#BBNaija 2022: Phyna becomes first level-up housemate to be verified on Instagram

Big Brother Naija level-up housemate, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, better known as Phyna, has been verified on Instagram.

The 25-year-old entertainer and Hype Priestess’ official Instagram page @unusualphyna got verified with over 200K followers, making her the first housemate to get the blue tick this season.

This comes after reality TV star Tega tagged her as being annoyingly loud.

The former Big Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ housemate, Tega said she would have taken a voluntary exit if she was in the same house with level-up housemate, Phyna.

The reality show star and actress stated this in a recent interview on Glitch Africa while sharing her opinion about Phyna.

According to Tega, the Edo-born hype woman is very beautiful and sweet but she’s annoyingly loud and is always shouting ‘Who Dey’ – a slang that became popular during the last of the show.

The mother of one said she would have opted out of the competition if they were in the same house because she can’t cope with a noisy person like Phyna.

“This is my perspective of Phyna. I think she is really a sweet girl but that whole shouting thing. I would ask for voluntary exit. Phyna is annoyingly loud and that blurs my perspective of her”. She said.
