#NigeriaDecides2019Result: INEC declares Atiku Abubakar winner in Rivers State

Atiku Abubakar has defeated his closest rival, Muhammadu Buhari in Rivers state in the official collation of the presidential election.

Buhari of the All Progressives Congress polled 150,710 votes while Atiku who had 473,971 votes.

The difference between the ruling party, APC, and the main opposition party, PDP is 323,261.

Valid votes – 642,165

Invalid votes – 24,420

Votes cast – 666,585
