#NigeriaDecides2019Result: INEC officially declares Buhari winner in Yobe State
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Muhammadu Buhari, as the official winner of the February 23 presidential election held in Yobe state.
In the result announced by the returning officer, Prof. Abubakar O, President Buhari of the All Progressives Congress polled 497,914 votes, while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party got 50,763 votes.
On the other hand, Atiku Abubakar of the PDP scored 50,763. Atiku has lost two states completely so far (below 25% threshold): Yobe and Gombe
