Residents of Ijegun Community in Lagos filmed scooping Fuel from broken Pipeline (Photos, Video)

A video of residents of Nepa bus stop in the Ijegun area of Lagos State scooping fuel from a broken petrol pipeline has surfaced online.

According to reports, the pipeline began to leak petrol and the residents decided to scoop the fuel, putting their lives at risk.
