Solskjaer breaks new Premier League record after Liverpool match

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer becomes the first Manchester United Manager to win Premier League Manager of the Month since Sir Alex Ferguson

Manchester United caretaker manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has set a new Premier League record after his side’s match with stiff rivals Liverpool ended in a goalless draw.

The two teams failed to score at Old Trafford as they lacked any real clear-cut chances during the match.

According to Metro UK, Solskjaer became the first manager in the Premier League history to win most points after ten matches in charge of a club in the English top-flight league.

The report claimed that Solskjaer broke the record held by former Chelsea manager, Guus Hiddink.
