#Elections2019: Kano PDP Governorship candidate allegedly stoned by APC supporters while voting in same unit (Video)

There was drama on Saturday, March 9 as the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kano, Abba Yusuf, and the state chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Abbas, both cast their votes at the same polling unit.

The Kano PDP governorship candidate, Abba Yusuf, and the APC state chairman, Abdullahi Abbas, both voted in the same polling unit on Saturday, March 9, 2019.

Trouble started when Yusuf’s supporters began cheering as he arrived to cast his vote. The development subsequently allegedly led to the candidate being stoned by APC supporters.

Yusuf cast his vote barely 20 minutes after Abbas had cast his own at the polling unit.
