Marques Houston gets engaged to his Girlfriend of 5 Months (Photos)

Marques Houston is engaged to his girlfriend of 5 months.

Marques and Miya began dating in October 2018 and he recently popped the question to which her answer was “Yes.”

The actor and singer took to Instagram to announce his engagement with a close-up shot of their hands interlocked while they took a stroll on the beach. Maya’s diamond engagement ring was the centre of attention in the photo.

“She said ‘YES’ ” he captioned the photo.

The Sister, Sister actor also shared several other photos of them together.

Over at Miya’s page, she also shared photos of them together. Her Instagram bio shows her name as Miya Houston – same surname as Marques’. So, it’s either she has changed her name to his or they share same surname.

Sharing the news of their engagement, Miya wrote:

Though the couple are just announcing their engagement, it is believed they might have been engaged since January.

On January 18, Miya shared a photo of Marques with the caption: “I get to have this amazing human being forever and ever ??.
