Though heavily pregnant, the Duchess of Sussex stepped out in towering heels as she accompanied husband Prince Harry for a youth event to mark Commonwealth Day.

The couple, who are about to become parents in a month, beamed as they were welcomed by throngs of fans gathered with flags outside Canada House in Pall Mall, London.
