Teacher flogs 11-year-old Pupil so badly he could barely walk (Photos)
A case of violence has been reported on social media as a school teacher viciously flogged a pupil to a point where then pupil could barely walk. Sad!
A Kenyan Facebook user, who shared the story online wrote ;
“What Mr. THUO from NJENGA KARUME PRIMARY School in Kiambaa constituency did to an 11 years old pupil for failing his subject. The pupil can barely walk. I thought corporal punishment was banned?
