Manchester City defeats Watford to go 5 points clear on Top

Manchester is BlueManchester City thrashed harsh rival Manchester United 2 goals to nothing at the Old Trafford to go top of the English Premier League table.

Solskjaer woes at the Old Trafford continues as his team were unable to score a goal at home while conceding 2 to the visitor in the second half.

Bernardo Silva scored the first goal in the 54th minute to give the visiting team the lea and Leroy Sane doubled the lead 12 minutes after.

City are now top of the log with 89 points while Liverpool are second with 88 points.

United, on the other hand, are 6th on the log with 64 points.

The race for the title this season is getting more intriguing as there is only one point between the top team, Man City and second placed team, Liverpool with only 3 matches left in the EPL this season.

The race for the top 4, on the other hand, is also a hard one as there are only 3 points between the 4th team, the 5th team, Arsenal and the 6th team, Man Utd with only 3 matches left for all teams.

Manchester United who are hoping to finish 4th this season after a woeful start are yet to score a goal after 5 matches in all competition, they have also lost 8 games out of their last 9 matches.
