Nicolas Cage’s wife of four days seeks SPOUSAL SUPPORT
Nicolas Cage’s wife of four days, Erika Koike, is seeking spousal support in their ongoing divorce. The 35-year old is fighting against Cage’s request for an annulment.
Four days after they got married last month in Las Vegas, court documents show that Cage has filed for an annulment. According to him, the marriage was fraudulent and he was drunk which is why he “reacted on impulse and without the ability to recognize or understand the full impact of his actions”.
However, Koike believes their relationship was legit and that Cage’s excuses of it all being a fraud don’t qualify for an annulment.
According to her, she lost opportunities as a makeup artist and wants spousal support and for him to pay her legal fees.
Nicolas Cage and Koike got married March 23 in Vegas and have been dating since April. Cage is yet to make any comment on the ongoing divorce.
