Passport Office refuse to take my Photo over coloured hair – Toolz

Popular Nigerian OAP Toolz has revealed that the Passport Office refused to capture her photo just because she was spotting coloured hair.

The OAP took to her Instagram page to talk about the incident and it obviously showed she was disappointed:

Today I found out that they won’t do your picture at the passport office if your hair is coloured!

And just recently, Cool FM OAP Do2dtun, was also forced to change the colour of his hair to black before he could be able to renew his international passport at the same office.

Venting his anger on social media, the OAP wrote:

“This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever experienced. How the hell does the colour of my hair have to do with me getting a passport? Absolutely stupid! Who comes up with these rules?”
