BBNaija reality TV star, Tboss has advised people who might be feeling down due to a mistake they made in life to love themselves.

In a post she shared on social media, Tboss advised such people to cut themselves some slack and never allow fickle people to determine their mood.

The Secret is to LOVE yourself.  Yes, you made/ make mistakes But you’re only human & you’re allowed to, cut yourself some slack. Make sure to realize your shortcomings & work on being a better You, for You. Clap for yourself, pat yourself on the back, you deserve it. NEVER EVER rely on the applause of people to make you happy or fulfill some void in you because Honeyyyy- People are Fickle as F*#%…. You better believe that….
