Cristiano Ronaldo HURTS SON, CR7 Jr with his Serie A Trophy, his Girlfriend reacts (Photos)

Cristiano Ronaldo was rewarded with the Serie A best player in his debut season but suffered an awkward moment with the trophy.

The Portugal international scored a remarkable 21 goals and registered eight assists in 31 appearances to help Juventus win the Scudetto for the eighth time in a row.

A video clip that surfaced online showed Ronaldo standing on the pitch with son Cristiano Jr. and his girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez.

The 34-year-old was standing in the middle of the three, was holding the huge trophy for the media to take pictures of him. Then the striker loses control of the trophy, which hits his son on the side of his face before his mum pats her grandson.

But Ronaldo seemed like he did not hold onto the trophy properly, as it swings into the other direction, straight into partner Georgina Rodriguez.

Rodriguez looked unimpressed as the trophy hits her chest, before taking a strong grip on the cup herself to prevent any more mishaps.
