EFCC returns Zlatan Ibile’s CAR AND PHONE - Management

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has released from its custody rapper Zlatan Ibile’s car and phone, a source within his management has revealed.

According to reports, Zlatan Ibile’s car and some of his personal belongings were confiscated by the anti-graft agency and were not released to him when his bail was secured days after he was arrested.

“We all know that Zlatan Ibile was detained for investigations and he has regained his freedom. His phones and car were not released to him when he was bailed. However, all his possessions in the custody of the EFCC, have been released to him” the source reportedly revealed.

However, his colleague Naira Marley is still in custody at the Lagos office of the EFCC and will be arraigned in court on Monday.

A Facebook user, however, believes that Naira Marley sacrificed himself to be used as scapegoat so other artistes towing that line would learn from his ordeal.

He wrote:

Naira Marley is just a worthy scapegoat. He sacrificed himself for the rest of them in the industry to have sense. Great guy.

The Nigerian Music Industry is rife with folks whose alternative source of income is also fraud, but they all keep a low profile.

Uncle Naira Marley thought he was immune cuz he knows Olamide. By the time you’re out, you’ll switch to Gospel music & be featuring Frank Edwards.

By the time Naira Marley finally comes out of this whole EFCC trouble, the value of the Naira in his name would have dropped.
