#GameOfThrones: How fans reacted as HBO hit series end
The final episode of HBO hit series Game of Thrones was aired last night and had millions saddened by the way it ended bitterly.
Many of those who criticized the series we’re saddened that the creators ended it with their loved character Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clark) becoming g some sort of a villain.
The episode before the final one saw her burn down Kingslanding with her dragon which killed many innocent civilians.
The episode made many to decide that they will not watch the final episode because they were disappointed by the creators who turned her into a villain in their eyes.
Some quarters who have signed a petition on Change.org are calling for a remake of the season 8 which they say was poor written. The petition has garnered a million signatures and still counting.
HBO has however not given any response yet as to whether there will be a remake of Game of Thrones, a series that has been regarded as one of the most expensive shows in television history.
