Lady beaten by Soldiers in Lagos, on the Order of a FOREIGNER

A foreigner, George Soare, has been arrested, arraigned and remanded in prison after he reportedly ordered soldiers in Lagos to beat a lady identified as Diva, for allegedly having a misunderstanding with his wife.

According to reports, Diva wasn’t the person that had a misunderstanding with Soare’s Nigerian wife at their No 5, Falilat shomade street, Lekki home, on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, but their neighbour whom Diva had come to visit

According to other neighbours, Soare’s wife was fond of pouring water on them anytime there was a dispute and the lady only reacted that day, having had enough.

However, the man was said to have brought in four soldiers and ordered them to flog the neighbour, but since they couldn’t find her, they descended on her visitor, Diva.

The victim was later whisked away and warned against reporting the incident if she doesn’t want to be shot.

Meanwhile, Diva was rushed to the hospital by the neighbours that witnessed the inhumane treatment, who later reported the matter at the Police station.

Soare reportedly appeared in court on Thursday and was remanded in Ikoyi Prison pending when Diva would fully recover.

The government and some NGOs are said to have taken over the case to ensure justice.
