Police in search of Puppy Thief caught on camera stealing a $2,500 English Bulldog

Police are in search of a puppy thief who was caught on camera stealing a $2,500 English Bulldog from a woman in southeast Houston in the United States.

Authorities are working to identify the accused puppy thief who is said to have stolen the $2,500 English Bulldog puppy in the 2300 block of South Wayside, May 3.

According to authorities, a teen who is believed to be aged between 16 to 18 years old, met up with a woman who wanted to sell a bulldog for $2,500.  Police said when the woman and man met at a public place, he held the dog for a minute before saying,

“I’m taking this dog and if you do anything, I’m going to f*** you up.”

Surveillance video from the parking lot shows the teen holding the puppy and then running away.

The woman told authorities that the teen was checking the puppy out before he started making threats towards her. Moments later, he ran off with the puppy.

Authorities described the puppy thief as a black male, 16 to 18 years old, 5’10” to 6′, 150 to 160 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and wearing a blue coat and blue jeans. The female English bulldog is brindle coloured with a brown patch over its right eye.
