#FIFAWWC2019: USA defeat Netherlands to lift 4th World Cup Trophy

The United States of America Women National Team have defeated the Netherlands in the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup in France to lift the trophy for the record 4th time.

The USAWNT skipper, Megan Rapinoe scored from the spot in the 61st minute to give the defending champions the deserved lead after a goalless first half, Rose Lavelle made it 2 just 8 minutes after. The match ended 2 goals to nothing in favour of the USA.
