#BBNaija 2019: Omashola emerges Winner of the Sixth Arena Game

Every Friday, Big Brother Naija housemates participate in their weekly Arena games. This week Big Brother added some new twists to the Arena Games, the housemates are to participate as individuals and also as a team which was created earlier in the week.

One of the twists is that the housemates have to come to the Arena with 3 personal items they want to donate to charity and 20 ‘Bet9ja’ coins which are the participation fees, Biggie had informed the housemates that any housemate can opt-out of the game if they want and for the housemates who do not have up to 20 ‘Bet9ja’ coins they will be loaned by Biggie and collected at a later time. All housemates decided to participate.

Another twist is that the housemate will be participating as individuals but their scores will be calculated together as groups and the winner group will be rewarded with 20 ‘Bet9ja’ coins for each housemate in the group and they will be awarded the wager for next week while the losing team gets nothing but basic meals next week.

The game of this week was divided into 5 stages namely:

1. Housemates are to use the tip of a wooden sword to bounce a balloon from the end of a box to the other end.
2. They are to gallop on a wooden house while holding a lance while hopping they are to use the tip of the lance to touch 2 target
3. They are to sling a ball over 2 sacks
4. Sack Race
5. Slay the dragon, housemates are to throw a spear through a hoop while trying to hit the dragon.

Omashola had the least score on the board and has been crowned the king of this week Arena games, he also got 400 ‘Bet9ja’ coins while Elozonam came second and was also rewarded 200 ‘Bet9ja’ coins, however, their team lost in the group challenge.

Both Omashola and Elozonam belong to the same team, The Icons, they lost to Cruisetopia team, Crusietopia had a total score of 12 minutes, 26 seconds while The Icons had 17 minutes.
