Liam Hemsworth has filed for divorce from Miley Cyrus

Liam Hemsworth has filed for divorce after Miley Cyrus announced they were separated.

Liam reportedly filed legal documents in Los Angeles, citing “irreconcilable differences”.

This comes after Miley was seen kissing and “basically having sex” with Kaitlynn Carter at a club.

Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ, Liam and Miley had a prenup, keeping their earnings during the marriage separate, so there won’t be a fight over money. Also, since no kids are involved, the divorce is expected to be an easy one.

Miley Cyrus, 26, and Liam Hemsworth, 29, announced their separation on August 10, after only 8 months of marriage. Shortly after a photo of Miley kissing Kaitlynn Carter, who had also recently separated from husband Brody Jenner, emerged.
