Nigerian Transgender set to compete in a Beauty Pageant
A 25-year-old Nigerian transgender who goes by the name, Veso Golden Oke is set to compete in a beauty pageant in Ghana with other ‘real’ ladies.
It is said that Veso is now officially recognized as the first transgender allowed to compete openly in a beauty pageant in Africa, and if she eventually wins it, she’ll represent Ghana at Miss Europe Continental in Italy.
Veso Golden works in Ghana and has the support of her parents.
