Woman chained and paraded for allegedly stealing from an Orphanage in Anambra (Photos)

A woman was caught and paraded in chains after she allegedly stole some items including noodles, from an orphanage owned by a church in a community in Anambra State.

“The woman in chains stole some items meant for the Motherless Babies Home from the Church.” a witness wrote on Facebook.
