Xenophobia: Wizkid weighs in, maintains Africa is one & we are all the same People
Popular Nigerian singer Wizkid, has used his social media platform to wade into the ongoing outrage against xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.
In a post shared on microblogging platform, Twitter, the hip-hop star expressed that he feels disheartened watching videos from the attacks that have managed to surface online.
He pointed out that South Africans are fighting the wrong war, even more, the wrong people. According to him, Africa is one and as such we are all the same people.
The young musician wondered why people go around hating each other.

In a different post, Wizkid pleaded to whoever cares to listen, to educate themselves as well as their children that we are all humans before anything else.
